In the 2009 Corvette ZR1 era, if you ask the people on what sport car to buy then many of them will recommend you this very car. The 2009 Corvette ZR1 is super fast and it is considered as the more affordable high end sport car at that time.

The 2009 Corvette ZR1 engine is the 6.2L supercharged gasoline V8 engine, this engine has 638 horsepower and 604 pound feet of torque, very impressive at that time, especially with its $103.970 price point. But what about the other Corvettes at that time? As for the other version of the Corvettes at the end of the ZR1 line, the standard version also has the same 430 horsepower and 424 pound feet of torque; the same thing can be said for the 2013 Corvette Z06.

But the 2016 version of the base model; which is now called the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 are very different than its older engines. The Stingray has 455 horsepower and 460 pound feet of torque, meanwhile the 2016 Corvette Z06 turns into a beast with its 650 horsepower and 650 pound feet of torque V8 engine.
