Now let us see what the new 2016 Mazda CX-9 got under its hood, it will going to be using new engine and that new engine is the 2.5 L four cylinder turbocharged engine; the previous one use regular V6 which is slightly stronger. This new engine is capable of generating about 227 horsepower and 310 pound feet of torque. The gas mileage rating for the car is going to be 22 mpg city and 28 mpg highway.
Furthermore, the car is going to be available with the standard front wheel drive and new six speed automatic transmission system. If you prefer something with the all wheel drive system, some of the 2016 Mazda CX-9 trim levels are available with the all wheel drive. Unfortunately, no trim level with manual transmission system is available right now and its probably won’t ever be.
